Looking back to our 2010 visit, this extends the downtown transit mall, where the Yellow & Green Lines run on a parallel streets couplet, one stop further than before. We already got the trackage when we rode the heritage streetcar, which makes the loop with passengers aboard whereas MAX doesn't (the operators layover between runs there).
