Empire Service and Maple Leaf: New York State Fair Service and Schedule Change

Effective August 23 through September 3, 2012

Beginning Thursday, August 23 through Monday, September 3, 2012, select Empire Service and Maple Leaf trains will make a special stop at the New York State Fair in Syracuse, NY.

This special stop is just steps away from the entrance to the racetrack at the fairgrounds. During this period, the trains will continue to make their regular stop at the Syracuse station.

Schedule Change

During this period, Trains 64, 284, 286 and 288 will operate 10 minutes earlier at all stops from Niagara Falls to Syracuse. Train 286 will operate on September 2, 2012. Train 288 will not operate on September 2, 2012 and will operate on September 3, 2012.
