Great News. I could have used this a couple weeks ago. I was going to my nephew's birthday dinner, and they had it a resteraunt in Northgate, and not enough room in my brother's car, so I took the bus and train. Got lucky with a bus coming near our house, transfered to LINK at Columbia City, and the 41 bus at International District Station. Beat them there.
The 41-Northgate/Lake City bus has an advantage right now, during rush hour, provided it's with the flow of traffic, the I-5 Express lanes. The rest have an HOV lane on the left shoulder of the highway, but not all of the direct access ramps are in Seattle.

I forgot that the Northgate extension would be underground as well. It combined with the existing tunnel, will be a long one.
