| The original Surfliners, manufactured by Alstom, were delivered in 2000. Beginning in 2008 several of these cars had names applied. Additional "California Surfliners" were delivered from Alstom in 2002. The cars destined for use on the Surfliner service are listed in the blue cells, and cars destined for use on the Capitol Corridor/San Joaquin services are listed in the orange cells. Beginning in 2008, as some of the original Surfliners were resleased from Beech Grove, names were applied. The names of the "California Surfliners" can be found on our web site. |
